I’m so confused about the Covid stuff if the place was closed before Covid 19 even existed?

The house is in amazing condition considering how long its been vacant. I live in the deep south of the U.S. Given the wet summers and accompanying humidity abandoned homes decay very quickly here. without air conditioning to dehumidify the iteriors mold, mildew, and rot set in after just a summer or two. A property abandoned this long would've probably collapsed in on itself a long time ago if it were here.

Why go at night so viewers can’t see. I never believe these shows who say it’s haunted etc but then they go at night. Viewers could see the place if filmed in daylight.

I would have been going through and reading the books, and there also seems to have been many journals or at least hand written writings from way before the 1970’s. This house seems like it has been sitting way before the 1970’s, I do not see a single sign of anything that represents the 1970’s at all. How was he not interested in the personal writings, and all the shitload of things that would have actually told you something about the people, the personal items. That is the stuff that really connects you to the people that once lived there. But I still can’t believe that anyone lived here in the 1970’s, if so they would have had to come in and literally not touch or change anything, from wallpaper, to paint colors, to every object and all items in the place, so far at least I don’t see anything that says the 1970’s. Trust me, you know the 70’s, the instant you see it. lol This house looks like whoever lived in it, would be at least be close to a century ago, it definitely does not look like anyone has lived in it since the early 1900’s.

you guys are walking through those chigger infested white flowers ( chiggers are very tiny red bugs so small you almost need a microscope to even see them ).. remember this if you start itching excessively. first bath with water so hot you can barely handle it , then put on poison ivy lotion/immediately after very warm bath. if you don't you will have wished that you had done it. they will drive you mad with itching.

Hi Dave, I wonder if her ex husband caught up and killed his ex wife and kids then took off back to Japan or was it the French Husband that killed them all ??? just an idea. That staircase is beautiful, I can just imagine a beautiful lady in a long flowing dress standing almost at the bottom of the stairs with her hand on the banister. The antique furniture is worth thousands!!!! Anything made with coramandel wood is worth serious money!

Nice video, I wish I had the money to travel to places like this and retrieve the furnishings. And give them back to the rightful owners. Then restore the old building, There I go dreaming again.
